Existing users, 
Given that I coughed up cash for this, I am feeling somewhat aggrieved that I have yet to benefit. The demo worked, and I bought it after the upgrade to Mac OS X 10.4.7, and I am now on 10.4.8.
This page : <http://www.srs-store.com/store-plugins/mall/iwow-plugin.asp> says "iWOW will not work with OS X 10.4.8—we are working with Apple to resolve this issue. iWOW will not work with the specific combination of OS X 10.3.9 with iTunes 7."
So, basically, if you keep up with Apple's OS updates, you're out of luck. I have sent a few emails to them, and no reply or acknowledgement.
I really, really wonder what I paid for. I wouldn't use this if it were free given the performance, customer support. Avoid this.

New version out - the Helix
There is now a new version of iWOW SRS (ver. 1.1.0). For some reason it is only available at their web-site; it is not listed on versiontracker nor Macupdates.The new version now works with 10.4.8 and iTunes 7.1!
