Safari and this plug-in do NOT like each other. Instead of Flash content, I keep getting a greyed-out QuickTime icon with a question mark in the center. Previous version of the plug-in worked OK. FireFox continues to display the Flash frame perfectly. Repairing permissions does not help. Doesn't anyone to quality control/testing anymore???
Thanks so much, Adobe!

Fails (for me) in Safari - macsolu
Excuse me, but I DID repair permissions both before AND after installing this software, and it DOES NOT WORK for me in Safari. Your success does not mean that all people will have the same success -- there are way too many variables.Thursday, November 16 2006 @ 11:47 AM PST

You MUST repair permissions BEFORE and AFTER installing this update... it is a very shoddy update from Adobe and unless you repair permissions it will not work in Safari. The permissions repair makes it work.
