No luck with updater either

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

I tried it with the EndNote X app in the Applications folder level, and with it in its installed location of EndNoteX folder within the Applications folder; using the "Full Patch Installer" as well as the "Upgrade Patch Installer". No luck.

No luck with updater either - pinsker

Updater worked fine on 4 different Macs (2 intel, 2 PPC) using the site/volume license updater.

I figured out how to make it work for me - danlfsmith

I first trashed the EndNote X folder, reinstalled EndNote X, then applied the patch.
