Roxio really does offer a nonexistent level of support: their website is one of the worst online experiences available. For example, I clicked the link for the new.ver which took me to their site; I cut+Pasted the login and password from my Roxio confirmation, click 'Login', and nothing happens.
Nothing at all happens. It could be incompetence, it could be indifference: I no longer care.
I've completely written them off at this point: I will use Toast T6 and Popcorn for as long as they continue to function, but I will not waste any more of my life or my resources attempting to get ANY kind of service from them.

I am having a similarly terrible experience with Roxio. Just purchased Popcorn 2. Doesn't work, and I can't get any tech support.Never buying anything from ROXIO again.
