Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

I have a cable tuner connected to my Intel iMac using a Sony DCR-TRV20 as analog to digital converter. The picture quality on the iMac even in full screen mode is great. Manual and timer controlled recording produced DV movies.
Universal application.

works great - lisamwise

I have a Sony DCR-TRV350, but can't seem to get it to work. I can get my directv tuner to show up when plugged into the camera (using either the av plug the camera came with and s-video), but as soon as I plug the firewire into the DV port it kicks it off. How did you connect it? Is there some sort of setting you have to mess with on the camera to get it to work?

Thanks!
