Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

Just bought and installed it on a dual 2.7 G5 running OS X 10.4.8, 4 GB RAM. Program crashes after 1-2 minutes of use. Repaired permissions several times and verified the disk. Also checked all fonts with Font Doctor, can't get this program to run. Also can't find any way on Adobe's site to get support without paying for it.

bummer - unknown user--2008

I had the crash problem with Acrobat 8 on my iBook. I ended up trashing all the preference files, application support files, and the cache files, pertaining to acrobat. That solved it for me.
