This new version occasionally throws an Exception error and quits in MacOSX 10.3.9.

Also, there is an ongoing problem with the previous version and this one. I have shared this with the author but gotten no response. The program seems to be reacting to keypresses when it is not the frontmost app. The rulers just go nuts when I am typing somewhere else. This results in units being changed, etc. This problem needs to be corrected or there needs to be a preference to turn off the keyboard shortcuts altogether.
