Sorry; I'm looking for software that allows me to create a nice formatted email with graphics and stuff to use as email templates.

I'm sure this software is good at its intended purpose, but I need something different.

Thanks anyway.

I need formatted emails with graphics - cmarknrr

No, you don't. Email works best when it is plain text. If you use html or xml formatting, you are abusing the medium, and probably not getting your message across as well either. If you absolutely must use formatting and images, make a web site and mail a link, or zip it up and enclose it in your message.

I need formatted emails with graphics - Skywoolf--2008

While I agree that many users cannot receive HTML emails it is rapidly becoming the standard.

I prefer to send an HTML email with a "If you can't read this click here" link to a version on the web.

I am looking for a way to create HTML email templates that staff with no HTML skills can use to send emails.
