Used Product For: Over One Year

I've used this program for years and it's always been great, but now I can't get it to work on my new MacBook Pro under 10.4.8. I asked about it on their forum a couple of days ago but no one has responded. I tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling it, that didn't help.
