Process has some great potential, but also carries with it some serious bugs and major shortcoming: for example, it can actually destroy an external Word document. There are features I like over Omni Outliner, but since Omni seems to stay in business, I'll switch anyway.

I hate to say it, but it seems another Macintosh developer has gone out and gotten a "real" job and left what could be a great program to languish. Jumsoft, if you read this, please donate your code to open source or sell it off, if you won't support it. Granted I don't expect a version 3 in November with 2.0.2 released in July, but multiple crash reports and many e-mails with issues that *break data* should be met with some kind of response.

This is not an expensive program, but nonetheless, I've wasted my money.
