Maybe I've missed something, but the best I can manage is a window (with menu bar and window title bar) that matches my screen resolution. That means that the bottom 50 pixels or so are cut off, i.e. it's not "full screen mode." 1.8.41
Yes, I realize I can set a custom screen res, I have done that. But I still have some wasted space with the menubar and window title area...

Option-Enter does the trick! Unfortunately, it doesn't persists launch to launch AND you can only invoke it once you are actually playing the game. PLUS, you MUST set the screen resolution to exactly what you have.Might be nice to jigger it so one can choose full screen and have it stay that way from launch to launch.

paulc: Included on the D2X-XL disk image is a "d2x.ini" file that you can use to make fullscreen a permanent option. To do so, make sure that you have a "-fullscreen" option in the d2x.ini file, and that there is no semicolon in front.Tuesday, November 21 2006 @ 02:01 PM PST
