I've heard great things about this app. However, I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it working. There's a "connect" button in the file menu, but no visual clues to let you know if it's trying to connect or really doing anything at all. Since it never changed to say "disconnect" and my search results turned up nothing, I'm assuming it never connected. I played around with the preferences for a while, but not only did I not make progress, I didn't really have any way of knowing if I had made any progress. Some kind of visual cues as to what's actually going on might be nice. Or a support forum that isn't all Japanese. Or some bundled documentation beyond version info. It could be something really simple that I'm just missing, but I have no idea and don't know how to find out. Looks like it's back to Poisoned for me (unfortunately)
