I buy very little shareware, but this is one of them.

It is basically a deluxe odds calculator, and is extremely well made. The program prominantly displays the odds that you have the best hand, and also gives intelligent probabilities (eg. you have a 40% chance of getting a straight.) The program calculates the odds for your hand vs all numbers of players (2-10); you can quickly select between number of active hands without requiring a recalculation.

The appearance is elegant; small and efficient but cute. The interface is a little slow, since you need to enter the various cards, but i really see no way to avoid that without accessing current game data. Hopefully I'll get used to entering the cards quickly and I won't even notice i'm doing it.

The developer is very responsive, replying to my email within an hour. Well worth $15.
