the main problem is that the search history in inquisitor is poorly preserved (unlike with acidsearch) so i do not see previous searchers even though the corresponding option is checked in prefs. this detracts greatly from the usefulness of this software.

Thanks for posting that information. I wonder if there's anything AcidSearch's developer could do to make it more functional when Inquisitor is installed since Watanabe doesn't seem to care.
