This is a great app and is a must have as everyone else has said. it really helps a lot BUT it would be nice if it had an auto-wrap based on whatever shape you resize it to, instead of using a fixed shape so you can drag it into different shapes or sizes without having to re-edit everything in each launcher to fit different parts of your screen or other monitors for that matter when you use mutliple monitors.
