Existing users, 
Firstly in reference to the below "Garbage" wildwolf1 comment, seriously how could you give this a one star rating ? I use this on three macs and it's never once crashed, I'm sure like everything it does crash, but not in the way you describe.
Maybe you're trying to run this software on a PC or maybe you're a disgruntled ex-employee of Elgato fired for stealing coffee mugs from the staff cafe, you're review is just "bull" and you know it.
This is superb software, there is nothing this good on the PC for recording TV,
