Will they ever get it right?

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: YES

This new MSN is largely OK - we can now see those non-standard emoticons that PC users like to use and there is the novel option of having whatever is playing on your iTunes to show up with your ident.

Though I have learnt to live without it, there is still no webcam support and I really doubt there ever will be.

There is one annoying bug and that is MSN isn't signing in on the first try (despite correct details input) and I have to re-try. Minor maybe, but when it happens every single time.. it is annoying. If it wasn't for this bug I would be pretty happy with this latest release.

Same for me and another Mac user... it takes two attempts for either of us to log in, every time. Annoying, but it seems to work OK after logging in.

i've had the same problem with the last version in the last couple of weeks. i don' think it's related to this version, but probably with some changes msn made.

over all still very disappointing, but by no means a surprise...
