TSK doesn't work with Tiger, and according to the developer's site has been abandoned for the foreseeable future.
No hints on how to open or transfer TSK files to another program are offered.
I used TSK all the way back to the OS9 days, and have a ton of serial numbers that I can't access anymore.
FWIW.

I don't know whether TSK has been abandoned or not, but it surly DOES work with Tiger. I am running 10.4.8 and have no problem with TSK at all. It still works as well as it did long ago.Sunday, February 04 2007 @ 06:13 PM PST
