I have "never" been able to get a Mozilla browser to work on any of my Mac's. ??? Every version crashes and continues to crash. ??? I am a PPC guy and have three PPC computers all running 10.4.8 with the latest Java. All other current Mac browsers work properly. Safari 2.04 (419.3), OmniWeb 5.5 (v.607), Opera 9.02 (Build 3512) even the antiquated Internet Explorer v.5.2.3 works without incident. ONLY Mozilla Firefox crashes. Just downloaded the latest version 2.0 and it launched and crashed trying to access its own internal Mozilla site. ??? Historically, I have NEVER been able to run Firefox without it crashing. No other issues with any other software or operating system. I have posted to the Mozilla Talk Back engine and never hear anything from them. Would appreciate any and all suggestions. Thanks.

FireFox has and ALWAYS crashes... - markfn

I FirFox almost daily because of the javascript debugger. I have had it crash, but only occasionally. One suggestion is to create a new user and try running it from that user. If it works

Thanks. That is a good idea re: a new user. Dunno why I didn't think about that... Doh! Strange that all the other browsers work without any issues however.

Cheers
