Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: YES

Program is easy to use, functional, tightly packaged and FREE!! I don't need anything else now and I can distribute all my clients marketing easily and effectively. It doesn't manage databases, unless I haven't found that feature as yet, but I don't need it to. I have filemaker, excel, word, entourage address book and outlook to do that. Programs that I have tried that did have this "feature" were overly complicated and needed excessive formatting of the data (not mentioning any names Email Commander.... Yuck! Not what you want waste time with as a creative... thanks Pescados for this program that doesn't mess with all that! I test emailed within 5 minutes of opening the package and had a fully functional html email with linked images within fifteen. Having never used this type of software before I thought that was pretty good. Documentation seems good but I haven't needed it as yet, but I will investigate the "smart insert" mail-merge style features and the doc seems pretty clear on how to. WISH LIST: I would love some kind of email tracking to see if recievers have viewed the email so I have quantitive response info for my clients. This is an excellent replacement for anyone that is currently using one of those per month services and wants to do simple newsletter or marketing messages that look great.
