OK guys, it's time to come out with that fix for iTunes 7. I'm getting a little ticked here. You have not had an update for a year now and your taking your good old time fixing this major problem that EVERY Mac user has. I mean, how hard can that be. This is a great plugin when it works, but as it stands now it's a $20.00 big fat zero. I sent an email and got no reply, so a zero for support too. I guess 20.00 doesn't go far now days.

I was thinking of buying this, but not now. (and I hope the developer reads this!). If I pay for something and an update of the product it is supposed to work with makes it no longer stable or functional than I expect a quick update.Thats the reason I stopped using wiretap and switched to audio hijack. They took way to long to update their software every time a quicktime update broke it. I guess the same goes for this app. I will look elsewhere!
Thanks for posting this issue guys and making other possible purchasers aware.
Also, when tech support does not reply it is simply impolite. They could at least say they are working on the problem and are aware of your concern.

I agree, they've been saying they're close to finding a fix for weeks.Wednesday, October 18 2006 @ 11:01 AM PDT

I completely agree with this user. If plantronics cannot come up with a fix on this they should have the class to refund those of us that had purchased this program.Wednesday, October 18 2006 @ 01:03 PM PDT
