Firefox Crashes.....

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

I have left Safari to once again try Firefox and yes it's faster but it crashes on my G4/1.2ghz with 1gb of ram
2-HD's 120gb & a 80gb running OS 10.4.8 it will start
running really slow and caching web pages will crawl then the spinning ball and it will crash or I have to do a force quit

I love FireFox and would love to continue using it but
the crashes are getting really OLD

and I'm using the newest version of FireFox v.2.0

Remember this is an RC, not the latest stable version.The latest stable version is 1.5.0.7!

Sounds like you're having issues related to a previous installation. Try trashing /Users/<your name>/Library/Application Support/Firefox.

Firefox Crashes..... - salvatros

I am using Firefox 2.0.0.7. in a PC with Windows XP.
I like Firefox but I don't know what's going. Firefox is crashing so many times that I have to use IE.
I hope this gets fix soon.
