This great little prog seems to have broken - probably with changes at the BBC website - and the very helpful and friendly developer appears to have left home!
Does anybody know of a similar program for keeping tabs on BBC output, allowing searching and reminders so that I don't miss the only good programmes on radio . . . ?

It's gone again ... *sigh* - leftblank-:o)
Yeah, I know it's not a sign of sanity to comment on one's own comments, but steam is again failing to find the BBC listings . . . *sigh* ... any good substitutes out there??Tuesday, March 06 2007 @ 05:12 AM PST
An alternative - if you use Tiger - bob_the_gorilla
If you're a 10.4 user, there's a widget I develop for Dashboard. You can get it here. It's kind of the unofficial successor to Steam.Wednesday, June 20 2007 @ 03:48 AM PDT

Hah! Steam still has some steam! - leftblank-:o)
Q.: How do you make God laugh?A.: You post a comment, and then check your facts again.
After weeks of showing nothing on any channel, Steam is once again managing to find and download the schedules from the BBC site, so stick with it .... although it still fails to communicate with iCal like it used to before Tiger came along ....
