How is this different from Fruitmenu (Unsanity.com) which i've been using successfully for the last couple of years without bugs?

This doesn't require APE or patch every application via haxies.

Completely different.
If you try out OpenMenu X, you will see the difference.
OpenMenu X is more flexible, easier to use and more functional.

Finally, this gives me a chance to dump FruitMenu; finally, I don't have to get constant application abrupt-quits, a hit on system performance, and OpenMenu is sleeker with better configuration tools...
