Doesn't seem to work

Feedback Type:  Commentary

Contributed by: sweinstein Tuesday, October 10 2006 @ 08:18 AM PDT

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

Installed it. Dragged a PDF to it, but it wouldn't take it. Tried a couple of different PDFs. Tried it with and without the .pdf ending. Tried using the "Open" command in the File menu, but it is dimmed.

Any ideas?

Works poorly - dnix71

It's still very "BETA." I played with it for a while. It assumes the directory is the root of the hd.

If you type the full path as 'Users/user name/folder/pdf name it will work. If the folder is on your desktop then /Desktop/ must be in the path between user name and folder.

There is no drop and drag in spite of what the author says. Typing the path is a huge pitb. You can save time by creating a folder called pdfs in the users home folder and Apple C/Apple V the folder's name to paste after typing the path.
