This app is a wonder. I use it mainly with iTunes, Mail and Safari, but is supported by many others, and it is as useful as beautiful (mac os x like).
The only complain could be you can't position the alert, and the choice of alert style is limited (and the user developped alerts don't have as many options as the original ones)
Anyway: thanks to the developpers!!!
