I've been using the old beta driver (1.0b3) since I got my IceKEY 3 years ago to use with my PowerBook. I'm now on my second PowerBook and it's worked fine with both, beta or not.
I was excited to FINALLY see a version 1.0, downloaded and installed it. So, now the volume keys no longer work!
This is the best keyboard I've ever had, too bad the new driver doesn't work. So, it's back to the old beta for me.

Volume Keys are Dead - andychrist1
Yep, great keyboard, iffy driver for OS X 10.4. Volume/Eject keys work at start-up but are certain to fail within the day. Still I would hazard that Apple is the guilty party here, rather than Macally, because the IceKey driver isn't alone in crapping out at random under Tiger.Friday, February 02 2007 @ 01:47 PM PST
Volume Keys are Dead - Butters
The problem is the keys die when the computer goes to sleep. Restart, and they work again--until you sleep the computer.Sunday, April 22 2007 @ 02:43 PM PDT

For Christmas I purchased the same keyboard from AMAZON and am having the same problem. Did you ever get an answer to your problem?Jerry Morris
