I've used GraphicConverter for years, and it's fantastic. It also has hundreds of options that I don't know what to do with or what they even stand for. If I had a problem with it, I'd read the manual. DON'T cause a great product to lose it's rating because you're too uninformed to figure out what to do ! ! ! That's a terrible thing to do to these people who work so hard to make the best graphics program out there, esp. at a reasonable cost ! Please retract your poor rating, read the manual, and write to the developer for help if you need it, but don't backstab these people!!
