I would like to be able to use GC, but it has so many preferences I get totally lost. I could never get it do things the way I want, no doubt not because it can't do it but rather I just do not know how to do it.

We reply normally within 24 hours.
Also, normally no change to the prefs is required.
We have so many prefs due our customers requests.
