This useful program basically kills Wifi under 10.4.8. Ping times up to 3 seconds to reach a WLAN router, and extremely slow internet connection. Took me a couple of hours to find coconutWifi as the culprit. Switch off, and everything is well again. Please, developers, fix this nice program - I used to like it a lot!

I have just found the same thing on my MacBook/10.4.8. Connection was so slow as to be virtually useless. I quit Coconutwifi and everything recovered instantly. It took some finding, though...
