My name is Reggie and I'm the Developer for AppDelete. It was just released today and it is an alternative to CleanApp. It will run on 10.2 and up and it was designed that way so there can be more users. Just search for AppDelete and give it a try if you like. And feel free to contact me for any reason! Note: I hope it's ok to make this post...I just noticed how you were looking for a pre-Tiger app.
