Combo Updater vs Delta Updater - Mil Mascaras

I got mixed results with TD 2.3.8 and OSX 10.4.8.
One one Mac, I used the Delta Updater (from 10.4.7 to 10.4.8), and Dock remained transparent ! On another Mac, I used the Combo Updater (any version of 10.4.x to 10.4.8), and that Mac's Dock went back to ugly OEM, and TD 2.3.8 wouldn't work anymore. Great app, but I wish there was a trick to keep it working (ie: the developer could maybe tell us which file in a package/library got overwritten, so that we could manually put it back to 'transparentize'..)

I agree. I wish this app didn't break with every upgrade or at least if the break were small we could fix it ourselves.

Which Mac did it work on and which one did it not work on? I have a G4, G5 and MacBookPro Intel. I know it won't work on the Intel one but Kevin is trying to work on that one. I have decided to not update the security updates until Kevin get the TransparentDock working with the new update. I love it that much that I don't want to be without it.
