Used Product For: Less than a month

Picasa 2.5 does NOT !!!!! support Win 98 (se).!!!!!!
There must be a mistake in what you state in system requirements.

Picasa has older WIN98/Me app - balancedview

the Picasa site has a version (1884) for older Win98/Me
