Whether you like it or not, it will remind you incessantly when an upgrade is available that there is an upgrade available. This is true even for paid upgrades that you may not want.
Ultralingua tech support says that the only way to avoid this popup message is to leave your computer and Ultralingua running all the time, 24/7.
Other than that, it is a pretty good program.
