The elegance of slugger cannot be understated. Picking up dimensions from cropster is great and all the automatic information is wonderful. BUT we crash constantly. Data is dropped from the slug or the text box grows outside the page, fonts shrink and best yet -- it crashes quark 6.5 alot. Installation instructions were followed and do not function properly. More time is spent trying to fix slugger than doing the job. We have called their tech support and they no longer return our calls, saying we are the only ones having this problem. We have multiple machines running gluon products, slugger is the only nightmare. Vision's Edge makes similar software, not as elegant, but cheeper and probably work more reliability. They also have a quark 7 slug maker, gluon does not.
