DO NOT USE on Mac Pro

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Contributed by: aibayroff2 Saturday, September 23 2006 @ 12:50 PM PDT

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

The kernel panics caused by this bucket of bits are not "occasional" at all. They are unavoidable. You WILL panic your Mac Pro if you ever try to Shutdown after installing this. Furthermore, any attempt to boot while both the Cisco VPN kexts and Parallels Desktop kexts are installed will put you in a panic/restart loop that can only be solved by safe booting and removing the Cisco kexts. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
System Info:Mac Pro base hardware config with 10.4.7, EFI firmware update, fan firmware update.

DO NOT USE on Mac Pro - Alexiskai

Works just fine on my Mac Pro with Parallels and VPN 4.9. I am using 10.4.8, however.
