This program is great and could/will get much better with age. Here are two things I would like to see added.
In the log, sort actions based on some criterion. For example, I would like to see all items copied one way separated from items copied the opposite way, and items replaced separate from items copied.
Also in the log I noticed that certain files were to be replaced due to differing modification times, but all of the files should be the same. Maybe add more information so the user can decide what to do. I'm not sure how to implement this, but it's something to think about.
