.
Paid for the last version and have not seen any updates
in quite a while - 2.4 and then nothing for a year and
half ? - Then version 3 springs from no where.
I would like to give it a try but it phones home - if you
stop it from doing so, it quits - It cannot launch without
phoning home ?
It may not not steal any personal info but still, I don't
want it phoning home, it invades my privacy.
The upgrade fee is three quarters of the full price ?
What's with that ? Why fleece the guys and gals who
helped you to begin with - bad PR.
Not a happy customer/user of this software but then
again maybe I'm just a stupid fish for buying in the
first place.

You aren't the only one disappointed by the buggy 2.0 version that wasn't fixed, then 3 came out and he wants more money. No way to treat your customers.

.So this new version has bugs ?
Why release an application that has
to phone home in the first place ?
Please remove it.
I have a pro Mac and an internet only
iMac and a Powerbook - I am the only user
of them but would have to buy three licenses ?
That ain't right - Please add the ability for one
single owner to have it on all their Macs.
The price is not half, it's over half and should
be even less than that - for you jumped from version
2.4 to 3 and no updates in a year and a half ?
My first post was a comment the other was a
star rating and for not being able to open it without
'crashing' - I gave it a bad review and thats fair.

Please do not post the same comment twice. I already answered to your post once, but here is a quick recap: the upgrade price is half the price of the full version, not two thirds.shadowClipboard does not quit on you, it crashes (check the logs). We identified the bug and will soon be out with an update to fix this.
Also, on the shadowClipboard product page (http://www.stupidfish23.com/shadowclipboard) it is stated that shadowClipboard tries to contact a webserver to obtain an integer build value. No information whatsoever is sent to stupidFish programming.
