Paid for the last version and have not seen any updates
in quite a while. Then version 3 springs from no where.
I would like to give it a try but it phones home - if you
stop it from doing so, it quits - It cannot launch without
phoning home ?
It may not not steal any personal info but still, I don't
want it phoning home, it invades my privacy.
The upgrade fee is three quarters of the full price ?
What's with that ? Why fleece the guys and gals who
helped you to begin with - bad PR.
Not a happy customer/user of this software but then
again maybe I'm just a stupid fish for buying in the
first place.

As stated on the shadowClipboard homepage, no user information is sent over the internet. All shadowClipboard does is it downloads an integer value that repsents the currently available version and then internally checks it against the current build number to see if upgrades are available.The application does not quit when it is stopped, it crashes, which is a bug we will fix soon, as it was onlzóy pointed out to us today.
And the upgrade price is half the price of the final product.
