..... stunningly bad documentation. It took me 2 hours to get this going.

But then WOW!

All it needs is a step by step detailed user manual, not the shorthand notes currently provided.

e.g.

1. Machine A only talks to machine B when they are actaully touching one another in the window in the Prefs Pane GUI. For AGES I tried dragging the icon of the other machine into the top left corner thinking that that was the 'hot-spot' only to find that it did not want to go there.

2. After that, it took a re-start on both of my machines to get this thing to fly*.

And then .... VIOLA! Brilliant.

* My inter-machine link is via a firewire cable. Not sure if that makes a difference, but it may.

Conclusion - go for it, and (perhaps) ** pay the author a tip-ware fee when the documentation is up to scratch.

** Is it true the author works for Apple, webdaddy?
