I just tried this app. It's got a great icon, a simple design, and v1.1 adds some nice touches, such as icons (from iTunes 7) to the playlist menu.

It's actually really challenging.

Suggestion: have a "album art" mode where the user could click on album art that represents some playing music. I suppose this means that no more than one song from any given album can be selected at once.
