I've tried a Windows app I want to use, Genbox (genealogy software). It opens, but crashes the moment I search for a record. I've tried to report this to the vendor, but their bug reporting page is "closed". It directs me to the "ticket" page, but that is restricted to the Linux version. So, apparently, there is no way to report bugs for the Mac version.

Does this imply that there will be no further support for it??
