Existing users, 
I’ve down-loaded version 3 and paid my up-grade fee. Launched it without problems.
When I had a misunderstanding regarding the use of it, I used the web form e-mail at the support site. Within about 3 hours I had a reply! And, hey, I’m in Thailand... that meant someone was up in the middle of the night in America to provide support! Impressive!
It could use a bit better documentation... or explanation is more like it. And it would be great if it would shield the IP address when sending e-mail or using a chat client...
Get it. Use it! No one needs to know where you are or what IP you are entering the net with! Keep your privacy your own!
