I could write a lengthy review, but my response after upgrading again (paid) is really more of a shrug and an OK. I feel no need to blow the trumpet for stuff I've seen and used before (in that other editor). BBEdit 8.5 feels a bit like a Windows Vista launch. You know, all those "new" features. That said, I'll no doubt enjoy using it and $30 is really of no consequence for an app that regularly puts in many hours of work every day.
