Says my VT account is not Pro

I just got a new Intel Mac and installed VT Pro. When I try to associate it to my account (Preferences->Registration) I get an error that states "Sorry, but this is not a Pro account. You must upgrade before using VersionTracker Pro."

I logged into my account via the VT website and found that my VersionTracker Pro/MacFixIt Pro Bundle expires in 210 days. What gives here?

You should contact them - Ilgaz

There must be some problem with its preferences or simply you misunderstand login process like some.

You should login with your e-mail address, not your nickname on that application.

You better contact them directly with mail of course.
