I double clicked on the application, and it almost shows up on the Dock, as the Dock begins to expand, then collapses back to its original size.

IT NOT WORK WITH TIGER 10.4.7! StuffIt problem solved.. - Tice_582

The problem was a bug in the new version of StuffIt, which caused trouble with some resources (many apps had that problem).

Now with the .zip file that problem is gone! : )
