Although the download link may have been fixed for the moment, the program's name should display as "X-Quotient 1.3.7" rather than "Repeating Decimals X 1.0." This is not meant as false advertising, but a glitch in the listing. I've contacted VersionTracker and hopefully all will be well soon.
