OpenOffice.org for Mac OS X - without X11. This is what NeoOffice really is. Now with its Aqua buttons and the increased speed and stability I don't see any need to wait for another office suite. Well, admittedly, WordPerfect would be nice, too. But then again, this one's for free! Better hurry and get your copy now...
