Great product not only does the download link they send you not work but the support page is 404'd on their website http://www.benchdesign.com/support/contact.php

24 hours after paying for this product I still cant get it and am unable to contact seller. Really really disillusioned, so much so that I have now opened a dispute with paypal as I want my cash back. my advice is to save yours and only order if you can guarantee that you will actually get the software and actually can contact the developer.
