If you purchase EN X online from Digital River, you will NOT be able to use it: they do not yet have serial numbers to issue with the download! Advise buying elsewhere, or wait until DR gets their act together

No Serial number from Digital River - a_grothey

Hmm, I don't know what happened to you, but it worked fine for me. I did get a SN as upgrade number, meaning I had to use my old and new SN to register ENX - no problems.
